Beyond this Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Use. When you use our Services on behalf of one of our merchants, such as a retailer or brand (“Merchant”), we may process the information you provide to us in connection with such use in accordance with separate contractual terms between us and the applicable Merchant.

We may collect a variety of information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us

Registration and Profile Information. When you register to use our Services, we may ask you for personal information to create your account, such as name, title, company name, email address, password, and telephone number. If you sign up using a third-party account, we will also receive information from those third-party accounts such as your name, email address, and profile information.

Waitlist Information. When you join our waitlist, we may receive your first name, last name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.

Services Information. When you use our Services as a user or visitor of the Merchant’s website or application, we may receive information related to your use of the Services, such as any information that you choose to provide to the AI Sales Agent (e.g., product inquiries and recommendations and chat conversations). When you use our Services as a Merchant, we may receive information in connection with your use of the Services, such as any input you provide to the AI Sales Agent and Merchant Center.

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us for more information about Big Sur, we will receive your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and any other information you choose to provide.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region).

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services or the website or application through which you are using our Services (e.g., retailer’s website or application), such as the pages or other content you view, searches you conduct, products you browse and purchase, prompts you click, and the dates and times of your visits.

Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing.
