Big Sur AI, Inc. (“Big Sur,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our applications, website at https://bigsur.ai/, and any services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”). When you use our Services on behalf of one of our merchants, such as a retailer or brand (“Merchant”), we may process the information you provide to us in connection with such use in accordance with separate contractual terms between us and the applicable Merchant.

A. Information You Provide Directly to Us
Registration and Profile Information. When you register to use our Services, we may ask you for personal information to create your account, such as name, title, company name, email address, password, and telephone number. If you sign up using a third-party account, we will also receive information from those third-party accounts such as your name, email address, and profile information.
Waitlist Information. When you join our waitlist, we may receive your first name, last name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide.
Services Information. When you use our Services as a user or visitor of the Merchant’s website or application, we may receive information related to your use of the Services, such as any information that you choose to provide to the AI Sales Agent (e.g., product inquiries and recommendations and chat conversations). When you use our Services as a Merchant, we may receive information in connection with your use of the Services, such as any input you provide to the AI Sales Agent and Merchant Center.
Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you contact us for more information about Big Sur, we will receive your name, email address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and any other information you choose to provide.
B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region).
Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, phone carrier and manufacturer, application installations, device identifiers, mobile advertising identifiers, and push notification tokens.
